* Preliminary Fair Market Valuation of fixed assets and equipment, including Replacement Cost New Less Depreciation with Cost Approach % Remaining Economic Life: $300. Turnaround 48 hours from receipt of required data
* Fair Market Analysis Residual Values and Depreciation Tables for Equipment: $2,500 (profile assets). Turnaround time: 1-2 weeks
* Specific Asset(s) Economic Lives -Compared to Normal Economic Life Analysis and Support Starting at $350. FAS turnover analysis. Turnaround 7-10 days
* Formal Equipment Appraisals ASA, USPAP compliant: $250 per hour (estimated scope of work proposal provided), or fixed fee. Turnaround time: 2-4 weeks from required data.
* Property Tax Analysis: Preliminary tax return reviews, valuations with comparisons to to tax assessments $300. Turnaround time 5 business days.
Service Representation Options:
1. Contingency Option: no up front costs - fee based on % of tax savings (for advocacy representation), starting @25%
2. Fee Based @$250 per hour - after reviewing project, proposal provided with estimated hours for representation with cap.
